Name of Study Seaton Neighbourhood Planning Program
Description The purpose of this study is to prepare Neighbourhood Plans for inclusion in the Pickering Official Plan.  The Plans will establish policies and designations that implement the Central Pickering Development Plan, as well as other policies required to implement the results of the interrelated studies.

Status Draft Terms of Reference for the Seaton Neighbourhood Planning Program prepared.  Anticipated to be considered by Planning & Development Committee on September 2, 2008 and by Council on September 15, 2008.
Other Comments

All lands within the Seaton Community will be contained within a Neighbourhood Plan, whether that land is part of the Natural Heritage System, or part of the developable lands.  The developable lands include those lands designated as Employment Lands, Residential or Mixed Use.
