Description |
The purpose of this study is
to prepare an amendment to the Pickering Official
Plan to bring it into conformity with the Central
Pickering Development Plan.
The “conformity
amendment” will include revising existing parts of the
Pickering Official Plan, as well as adding new policies, schedules,
informational maps and explanatory text as
required to incorporate the results of the Neighbourhood
Planning program. |

Status |
A draft
conformity amendment is required as an outcome of the
Seaton Neighbourhood Planning program.
Following City Council’s consideration of
the Neighbourhood Planning Program, Council will
initiate an official plan amendment application. That
application must go through its own consultation
process. |

for amendments to the Pickering Official Plan. |
