examples of gently used materials that
can be
easily
diverted from landfilling include Bicycles, Lawnmowers,
Windows, Doors, Bricks, Patio Stones, Clothing, Computers,
Televisions, Appliances.
Don't forget that local agencies
appreciate donations of household items for resale. Many of
your unwanted items can be donated locally at the Goodwill, Salvation Army
or Value Village stores located in Ajax. More recycling ideas and
opportunities can be found on the Recycling Council of Ontario (RCO) website
at www.rco.on.ca.
